By placing an order, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. Products & Collectibles Nature

Rain Collectibles specializes in collectible items including graded, signed and raw collectibles.

Graded Items

Graded items are evaluated by independent third-party grading companies. Rain Collectibles is not responsible for grading opinions or future re-evaluation results.

Signed Items

Signed items are sold as described in the product listing. Authentication is based on grading company verification, trusted sources, or documented provenance where applicable.

Raw (Ungraded) Items

Raw collectibles may show natural signs of age, storage wear, or minor production variations unless otherwise stated in the product description.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are displayed in SEK unless otherwise stated.

For EU customers, VAT is included where applicable.

For non-EU customers, import duties and taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility.

Orders are binding once payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Rain Collectibles ships internationally.

Orders are shipped using tracked and insured shipping where available.

Risk of loss transfers to the buyer once the shipment is handed to the carrier.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and customs processing.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

EU customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the item.

Conditions:

• Item must be returned in original condition
• Graded slabs must not be opened or tampered with
• Protective packaging must be intact

Return shipping costs are paid by the buyer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds are issued after inspection of the returned item.

6. Returns Outside EU

For customers outside the EU, returns are accepted only if:

• Item is significantly not as described
• Item is damaged during shipping (must be documented immediately)

7. Collectible Market Disclaimer

Collectible market values may fluctuate over time.

Price changes after purchase do not qualify for refunds or compensation.

8. Limitation of Liability

Rain Collectibles is not liable for indirect losses, market value changes, or grading disagreements after sale.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
