Due to the collectible nature of our products, specific return conditions apply.
2. EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
Customers within the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days after receiving the item.

3. Return Conditions
Returned items must:
- Be in original condition
- Include all original packaging
- Not be altered, opened, or damaged
Graded Items
Graded slabs must not be opened, tampered with, or removed from protective casing.
Signed Items
Signed collectibles must remain in the same condition as delivered.
Raw (Ungraded) Items
Minor storage wear or age-related marks do not qualify as defects unless significantly different from product description.
4. Return Shipping
Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Return shipments must be tracked and properly packaged.
5. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of:
- Item
- Packaging
- Shipping label
7. Non-EU Customers
Returns outside the EU are accepted only if:
- Item is significantly not as described
- Item is damaged during shipping
8. Collectible Market Disclaimer
Collectible values may fluctuate over time.
Market value changes do not qualify for refunds.
